Before the enlightenment, children in art appeared as miniature adults. Later Victorian works emphasised childhood innocence and romanticism. The changing face of childhood and child iconography, from the 17th to the 20th century, can be explored throughout this exhibition.

I paint flowers, birds and animals in watercolour. I am inspired by many subjects and create freer works in acrylic, print and mixed media. Originals and prints, framed and unframed and many different cards are on display.
